General
All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling.
All prices quoted are exclusive of Theft Protection and VAT.
All prices include 100 miles per day.
Excess mileage charges are subject to vehicle type. Glamour Cars also offer bulk miles which can be bought in addition this can only be bought prior to the hire, please phone and ask for more information.

A credit card deposit is required on all hires depending on vehicle type between £2500 and £5000. This deposit acts as a security bond and, as a payment towards any mechanical damage which is not covered by our insurers ( e.g. tyres , alloys, clutch, gearbox ) and which was sustained during the hire period due to misuse and abuse.

Age Limits and Licence Requirements
All drivers must be over 25 years and under 70 years of age and must have held a valid licence for at least two years, which must be presented at the time of rental. Please be aware that drivers under the age of 30 will need to be verified which can take up to 2 days. Certain endorsements may not be accepted, please check when making your reservation.

Delivery and Collection
Glamour cars offers a UK wide delivery and collection service for all our vehicles. This service is available to, or from , your home, work, airports, hotel or any other UK destination and are subject to a charge. Please note that all charges quoted for deliveries or collections are made during normal business hours. There is an additional charge for deliveries made outside these times.

Loss or Damage to Vehicle
Liability for each and every accident involving any damage to, or loss of the vehicle, and/or 3rd party vehicle during the rental period depends on the insurance excess for that vehicle. N.B. Conditions apply. Glamour Cars Liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge. No consequential loss liability will be covered.

Additional Drivers
The charge for each additional driver is £100 per day. His/her license must be shown at the time of hire. NO OTHER PERSON MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE.

Early Termination
There is a booking fee of £100 for all vehicles which is non-refundable on cancellation. Unless you give Glamour Cars sufficient notice ( ask for info ). We may suggest that the vehicle is booked only for the period required. If the hirer wishes to extend the rental, he/she must advise the rental agent. Failure to do this may result in the withdrawal of insurance cover. TO DRIVE WITHOUT INSURANCE COVER IS ILLEGAL.

Availability of Vehicles
Every effort will be made to provide the vehicle chosen. However, Glamour Cars reserve the right to offer the nearest vehicle model as an alternative.

Additional Hours
All hires are taken on a 24 hour basis. Vehicles returned later than the time stated on the rental agreement will be charged accordingly.

Payment
Glamour Cars accept all major credit cards. Account facilities are available to UK companies, long lease hire and other options is also available for a far cheaper premium. Contact us for more information.

Petrol
The cost of petrol/diesel is not included in the rates. Vehicles are supplied with an adequate amount of petrol and should be returned with a similar quantity. If this is not the case, any reimbursement for petrol will be charges will be charged at the pump price plus a £10 administration charge. All cars at the moment take super unleaded fuel only.

Overseas Use
Vehicles must not leave mainland Britain without the prior consent from Glamour Cars.

Traffic Violations
Glamour Cars reserve the right to levy an administration charge of £30 + VAT for the processing of any traffic violations incurred during a hire period.

Glamour Cars reserve the right to vary the rates and conditions and to refuse and terminate any rental without giving prior reason or notice.
